Unable to render jpg and H.264 files in one video

As the title says, this is my issue. Up until now I've edited only raw format in Resolve and there was never any problem.
Now when there are jpeg and H.264 together in timeline, after rendering, jpeg files are not played properly.
They just come across really fast, in a split second and the rest of the video is playing nicely.
Am I doing something wrong? I have a feeling it's probably something very simple
