Me Too. Crashes after selecting a project with a "send report" screen. Biggest problem for me is that I cannot go back to an earlier version. If I try to load beta 4 or less I get an error screen telling me that a newer version is installed and I must uninstall first. It has already been uninstalled !! No editor at all now and no access to projects. Hope beta 6 comes soon.

I tried uploading logs but server crashes.

I have it working now. I had to do this again to reinstall:

That fix should be stickied. It looks like it fixes quite a few upgrade/crash issues. I found the reg delete with a search, but did not see the post about deleting the program files before I tried to do it myself.

Thanks Daz,
After deleting the entire Blackmagic Design folder on my system drive and removing The Blackmagic Design keys in the Register as suggested, I now have a installed and working copy of Betas 5. The big bonus is that it is now playing my AC3 audio files. I think I will follow this pattern for each new version.
