Odd Keyboard Shortcut Behavior

I've looked through the documentation and searched through keyboard shortcut mappings within Resolve, but I cannot seem to find a keyboard shortcut to access the Media Pool within the Edit Page.
The closest I could find was Ctrl+4 & Ctrl+5 which allow me to navigate between bins and clips but only if the Media Pool is active first. Is there a key which activates the Media Pool? If not, if it can it bound to a command, what command would that be?
