Resolve 15 Beta - crashing consistently

PostSun Jun 17, 2018 7:27 pm

I have installed a recent beta version of Resolve and it crashes upon attempting to play a clip that was loaded, or upon dragging the clip to the timeline.

I realize that there are already a number of threads about crashes with this beta release but I just need to understand whether or not my computer specs are OK -- I think they are.

Where can I see the precise Beta version number I have installed? (I installed this one a few days ago but I think there are already more recent releases.)

Some specs:

Computer: Dell Inspiron 3668
OS: Windows 10.0.17134 Build 17134 -- 64-bit
Graphics card 1: NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030
Graphics card 2: Intel HD Graphics 630
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60GHz, 3600 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s)
RAM: 16.0 GB
SSD: 465GB Crucial CT500MX500SSD1 (SATA (SSD))
HD: 1863GB Seagate ST2000DM001-1ER164 (SATA )

Thanks in advance for any guidance!
