Timeline Settings - Local/Global

Hi

Just as another user pointed out, it would be extremely useful to be able to amend/select the timeline settings independently from global/project settings.

I created a Timeline form a clip in my rushes. We shot in 4K. The Timeline created was changed to match the global settings as opposed to adopting the clip settings or having the system ask me what Timeline setting I would like to create.

I do think timeline settings should be fully independent and adjustable after the fact. I/O devices would change to match the settings of the timeline or media source selected so no conversions occur.
