Key framing in resolve issues

I know key framing in resolve is basic but I was wondering why the key frame indicators in the inspector for an instance are a frame ahead of the indicators in the curve editor for that instance.
Also not sure why but I cannot toggle a smooth curve for my position start and end keyframes and they are extremely hard to grab/select when they are at the end or start of an instance. Sure, I can extend the instance to grab them but thats a bit "2 steps forward 1 step backwards"

Cheers
Paul

Are you in the edit page?
Which OS?
Can you share a drp that exhibits his issue?

Hi Peter,
Yes in the edit page... will stop using the term resolve and get my terminology right next time. :)
I will do a video showing all I have found so far and get it to you in the next couple of days.
My issues are consistent on 2 different systems.

System:
Resolve 15 b5
Mac Pro (Late 2013) High Sierra 10.13.3 (17D102)
Proc: 2.7 GHz 12-Core Intel Xeon E5
Memory: 64 GB 1866 MHz DDR3
Graphics: dual AMD FirePro D700 6 GB
I/O Black Magic UltraStudio Express - Driver 10.9.12
Promise 8T Raid Array

Hi Peter,
Here's a link to a video showing 2 keyframes being added.

The timeline indicator sits 1 frame back from the keyframe in the curve editor when you navigate to a keyframe in the inspector with the arrows.
Cheers

Hi Peter,
To shed some more light on this. I am not getting this on my MAC PRO any more (all keys line up correctly) but am still getting it on my IMAC. Hopefully this is not an intermittent thing and can be reproduced by others.
It's been a while since posting... I will update the IMAC to the latest OS and re check as I can see apart from
the physical system variations the only difference is the OS version.
Also perhaps let me know the other bug you may have found and I'll see if it exists on my systems.

Did you agree with my other keyframe issue that you cannot do anything but linear keyframes on positional keys? (happens on both my systems)

Cheers

Peter
I have since found out that the keyframe issue only occurs with clips on a timeline that have been imported
via a fcpxml. The values of the transform data remain the default values after hitting the transform reset in the inspector and the only way to fix it is to bring the clip back in from the media pool, after you have done this then keyframes line up.
