Timeline "delete empty tracks" causes audio-muting

Hi there,

reproducable bug here on DR 15 Beta 5 on win 10 64bit.

When right clicking on track-selector and selecting "delete empty tracks" in the timeline, the audio of the other tracks is muted and the channel-names are messed up. Audio on track 4 may occur on Channel 6 in the mixer and so on.

Anybody else with this behaviour?

regrds,

thommes

I've seen the muting and other odd playback behavior occur after "delete empty tracks", but it's not always reproducible. If you have a project where it always occurs, supply a link, so the staff can check it out. This post should have gone in the 15 beta subforum.

John,

thanks for your reply. I was not aware of that beta sub-forum Now I investigated this and found it.

Everything else in the beta-Forum

Similar issue here:
I delete empty tracks manually with right click and Delete Track. After that the remaining tracks do not play back.
My workaround is to save the project and immediately reload / revert it.

Aha.

This just had the same problem - Reloaded the Project fixed the problem (Muting and / or FREEZING of the playhead so that you cannot play the track in the FAIRLIGHT tab).
