Extra frame on Individual Clip Export?

Hi everyone!

So I am exporting a timeline as individual clips, I've done this many times before, no issues, etc.
Now the only difference is that I am using a 1440x1080 size (16mm film scan) as DNxHR HQ, but for some strange reason the exported individual clips include the previous clip's last frame as the start frame.
I checked my timeline cuts and they are correct:

UPDATE: not even disabling or deleting the previous clip works. I am still getting the previous clip last frame in my test exported clip. I tried the render cache, still the same result. I have version 14.2.1 on a win machine if it helps.

Am i doing anything wrong?
Thanks!
Gabi

Here is a screenshot I made to explain the issue better. Meanwhile I updated my version to 14.3
Same problem.

Although notice that the end trim was successful in the export.

Anyone might have a clue why this is occuring even in v15 (public beta)?
It looks like no matter what I am doing the previous clip last frame is still included on exporting.

I tried deleting the render cache to no avail. Even removed the neighboring clips from the timeline. Still doing the same thing.

Can it be the fact that this is a film scan rather than a digital video file off the camera?

Any ideas where should I start? I feel like this is a bug and should pe paid attention to by the devs.

thank you

Ok, I am discovering that the clip has the trimmed out thumbnail on the timeline even if the right side viewer shows the in point correctly.
This is definitely a bug, Here's a new screen recording showing this:

any help greatly appreciated!
thanks!

can you PM to me a link to a small sample of the same source clip?
or one from the same camera?
