Sidechain with Audio Compressor

PostFri Jun 22, 2018 8:57 pm

I can't seem to find a complete answer in the manual for v.15

I would like to sidechain my dialog to my music bed. Doing this task in a DAW like Logic Pro or Ableton is quite easy, and the fact that the native DR compressor has a "sidechain" checkbox leads me to believe there should be a way to do this without leaving the program.

Can you tell me how to trigger the compressor of one track from the signal of another track?

I saw this was a question that popped up in the forum a couple years ago. Someone mentioned this feature had not been implemented yet. Is this something that has come about, or a feature I could request?

Thank you
