Receive error message: "can't find any openCL capable GPUs"

PostWed Jun 27, 2018 9:30 pm

Every time I try to open Resolve 14.3, I receive the error message that the app can't find any openCL-capable GPUs.

My computer runs Windows 10 with an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8250U CPU @ 1.60GHz, 1801 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor and an intel UHD 620. Was under the impression that my specs were good for Resolve.

Any advice?

I've tried assigning the GPUs manually to the app, but that didn't seem to work.

You are not up to spec, please check the config guide.

But then, you are writing in plural – what are your other GPUs? You mention only Intel graphics.
My disaster protection: export a .drp file to a physically separated storage regularly.
