R15b5 : PITCH BEND effect not applied mid track

About 66% of the way through playing (with pitch bend) .. the effect stopped being applied (with a jump of the pitch of track it was playing).
(on the attachment - I've put the Playhead where the pitch RANDOM-RESET occurred)
Reloading the project Fixed the problem.
NOTE : Something very similar happen a couple of days ago.
In this case - there was No Deleting of Audio tracks - ONLY modifying of the Pitch within the Popup control.
