I’m assuming you have printer light control on and your using the num keypad?

Correct assumption.

Note that the main printer lights work, and the half, the issue is specifically the quarter control.

There's a bug in R15 that has been around at least since 12.5, whereby if you customise your own shortcuts then Printer Lights won't work for many of them, even if there is no conflict with the shortcuts you have customised.

At least R15 allows you to specifically customise each one, though if I export my Keyboard Shortcuts the txt file doesn't actually list every printer lights shortcut, there's a couple missing (Yellow Quarter- and Red Half+). What's interesting is that if I open up my exported shortcut list for Resolve 12.5/14, the shortcut keys that do not work are indeed blank, and this shows in R15 under the Global tab too. If I try and 'hack' them by manually entering in each number again and then importing this as a new keyboard shortcuts set (talking about R12.5/14), then I will get similar results to the OP. Don't have enough experience using R15 with a number pad so not sure how much of that carries over, other than the initial test that showed many Printer Lights hotkeys did not work with my customised (and no conflict) shortcuts.

Exactly. On another keyboard shortcut front, The "Apply Grade" shortcut is not working. However, if you r-click on a still and apply it, it works.
