15b5 Waveforms disappearing in Edit Tab - Fairlight tab OK

Mac Pro 2013, High Sierra 10.13.5, Beta 5 - Cutting a short and I'm noticing waveforms slowly becoming inaccurate on my edit timeline - peaks on the waveform are visible when there is no sound and vice versa. When clicking into the Fairlight tab, waveforms seem correct.

Is there any command to 'Refresh Waveforms' ? I searched the forums, manual and keyboard prefs but couldn't find anything.

To clarify - they're not disappearing - just inaccurate and it seems to be random. Lots of clips look fine, but for every 10 that are correct, there's one that isn't. This is across multiple scenes shot of different days across two different timelines.

I've seen this too, but I've also seen incorrect waveforms on the Fairlight page when using separate synced audio. It seems to ignore the sync offset when using cached peak information, then it becomes correct once you zoom in to a zoom level where it looks directly at the file data instead (my assumption). Beta 5, Windows & macOS.

I've seem similar with a Multicam edit in 15b5 under Windows 10 Pro (1803). The sound was in sync, but the visible waveform bore no resemblance to the actual audio.

Switching between Fairlight and Edit tab sometimes restores the Waveforms.

Reloading the project fixes the issue (until you next make a change...)

Let hope the causes are found and fixed before the next Beta.
