Animating Modifier fails in Macro and custom Title

When I publish a value (so that it can be used in Expression in other Tools) and then animate this Modifier, it works fine, until I save this as a Macro (and then try to make a Custom Title from that).
There is an error that the <Tool> cannot read the <value> on <frame>
