Monstro VV Premium debayer doesn't work with Metal GPU

Using iMac Pro system listed in my signature, I get a badly messed up image using Full Res Premium or Half Res Premium debayer on 8K Monstro footage when GPU is set to Auto or Metal in my Preferences. Changing to Half Res Good works, as does switching to OpenCL. I do have a RR-X that I used for decode (not debayer, as RR-X doesn't work on chips more recent than DRAGON).

Davinci Resolve version = 15b6

Michael,

BM team have advised on PM they can reproduce this issue with a 10 frame VV trim (sounds like a haircut?) share with them (both with and without the RRX decrypting/decompressing the clip).

Also : I've just shared another clip of another 'Red Hat guy for the other type of corruption (trails of bright dots) - that corrupts when you stabilize footage with dark perimeters & deliver it.

Incidentally - Would be fab if more RU folks ask RED if they can pretty please update one of the RR-X banks to work on Monstro footage (on the off change you feel like giving them a prod!)
