B6 Audio out of sync with USB interface and 24FPS

the problem now. audio plays well out of sync with computer screen GUI vs USB output. Source material is 24.000 MXF from canon C300mk2 / 48K 24bit. Project is set to 24.000. using only Ch1 from camera if that matters, no other sound. PB FPS indicates 24 and seems generally good.

Monitor refresh rate is set to 60hz, Titan X, latest drivers / CUDA. Dual 4K screens.
