The three +'s badge on an Edit timeline video clip?

Can anyone tell me what it means? I can't find a reference to it in the v14 manual searching on 'badge'

Looks like it means the clip has been opened in the Fusion page and that shows u up a bug where the pixel aspect ratio of the clip changes when it's back in the edit page. I'll report that separately.

I see it on Fusion Titles as well but I can't seem to use more than one of them (Fusion Titles). Subsequent ones don't have the three + badge and don't work.
