Change Speed of the Middle of a Clip?

I'm trying to change the speed of the middle of a clip.
I cut the start and the end of the section I want to change to speed in.
Then select Change Clip Speed and set it to 500%
But it uses the entire ending of the clip (not in the cut section)!
Like I said, I cut the middle, and want to change the speed of only the middle.
But when I do the Change Clip Speed, it also includes the END - past the cut!
How to I fix this?

Well, this certainly looks like a BUG, as it doesn't snarf up the video of the same clip Before the cut, just after.
But I did find a workaround.
