Resolve 15b6 bug in Dust buster

PostMon Jul 09, 2018 1:26 pm

Hi
In resolve 15,6 the dustbuster is not working anymore. Going back to 15b5 everything is fine.

Are you referring to the Dust Buster OFX in Resolve FX Revivial, or something else.

The Dust Buster OFX is working here in 15b6 Studio on Windows 10.

Hello
Yes I am referring to the ofx dustbuster. In 15b6 it looks like the ofx verlay is not working correct. When turning on the patches, they are not changing when navigating in the timeline.
After installation of 15b5 and opening the same project (on the same machine), everything is working fine.
I also tried it with a new project, same problem.
The project with dustbustind done in 15b5 is rendering fine in 15b6. It looks like the problem is somethin in the ofx overlay.

Best regards

Hello
It looks like the problem is not the dustbuster, but the viewer. It stops working. I found a similar problem on another post:
viewtopic.php?f=32&t=76295&p=422211&hilit=viewer#p422211

For me this looks like the same problem. At least, the behavoiur is the same. The viewer does not update until i restart resolve. Even on the media page the viewer is not working.

Again 15b5 everything is fine. Something must have changed in between.

Best regards

Harald
