R15 Beta 6, ACES - missing there anything else?

Hi Resolve Enthusiasts,
maybe I'm missing the perspective. I own Lumix GH5 V-Log Footages. How I put on a LUT is well known to me. I also know that I can apply this LUT grading clip-by-clip.
Now I try it with ACEScc (Panasonic V35). But I realize that all my assets in all the bins - whether of the GH5 or an other cam - are affected by ACES action. It means a sweeping hit for all project clips. Is there no single treatment or if at least only for the contents of a bin?
Or can not a stupid cutter find the right click  ? Or is the whole thing so wanted? I hope you understand my problem. Many Thanks.

If you want to work in ACES then all clips will run in ACES.
You can multi-select any number of clips in the media pool, right click and then set the proper ACES Input Transform.

I see, I will act accordingly and postproduction the V-Log Pool separately. Many Thanks.

Me once again  . From my current knowledge, I would rather open second or third projects to there to edit my clips, for example V-Log, in ACES. These subprojects could be imported into a main project - as so-called "project-in-project". Is that possible?

Not sure if I understand but the strength of ACES is using a heterogeneous camera gamma/gamut environment. Each camera gamma/gamut is set the appropriate IDT and ACES will make them all equivalent in the ACES environment.
