Problem with Multicam - when I load a Multicam into the Source viewer it displays as 1x2 but when I select Multicam in the viewer menu the display goes blank.

It's working fine for me here in Studio Beta 6 on Windows 10 Pro (1803).

You NEED training.
You NEED a desktop.
You NEED a calibrated (non-computer) display.

You may need to tell us about your hardware and the format of the clips.

I've tried with Resolve 14 too and the same result. Double click on the Multicam in the clip list. The Multicam loads in the source window (in my case two windows). The pointer changes to the Replace Clip style pointer (2 frames with pointers going between them). In order for it to work though the timeline needs to move in sync with the Multicam so as you make changes they are reflected in the timeline. In order for this to happen you are supposed to select the Multicam option in the Source window choice which lists Source, Offline, Audio Track and Multicam. Selecting Multicam changes the source back to traditional single video screen and doesn't provide the three icons for choosing audio/video, audio only and video only. I've captured a video of this and am happy to share it if it would be helpful. Thanks

You can see me hover over the two clips in the angle viewer, the Multicam is loaded in the timeline and when I hover over the menu it says 'Multicam' but when I then select Multicam from the menu the angle viewer disappears. Thanks

I was able to create the Multicam mix using the keyboard shortcuts of 1 & 2 after setting it to switch video only in the menu.

Ah looking at the video, you are in single viewer mode.. thats new information.

Switch to dual viewer and see if that works as expected.

Hey,
Cannot understand what you do :?
First, switch to dual viewer, multicam is made to be used this way : on the right you see the TL viewer with your actual angle choice, on the left viewer you see your different angles you can click on...
So first : dual viewer please.
Then, on the left viewer, I think you'll want to click the "fit" choice (instead of this 100% burden I saw in the video ;) )
Then it will be ok for sure...
