Copied OpenFX such as film grain wont allow adjusting

I am not sure if this has been addressed already. I am using OpenFX film grain and works fine when you make the initial effect but if I save the grade and use the node graph to copy the effect it is not possible to do any changes in the node after its copied to the new clip.

Maxed out 2015 MBP High Sierra.
Resolve version 15.0.0B.065

How do you copy? Save a still and put that on the new node?
Works flawless for me.
