Collaboration Problem with 14.3.1 - Dongle/AppStore Version

We are currently experimenting with the collaboration feature in DaVinci Resolve 14. We are accessing our collaboration project (via SQL Database) from a PC (Dongle) and a Mac (AppStore).

Everything was running smooth until we upgraded to the newest Version 14.3.1.

Now we get the following error message when we try to connect to the same project:

The problem seems to be that the current AppStore Version (14.3.1.018)
Version_MAC.jpg

is different to the current Dongle Version (14.3.1.016)

Is this a known problem or is there a solution for this? Sorry if this has been answered before but i couldn't find anything on the web.

You need to use the same version everywhere and only the Studio version.

And not the App Store version.

Thanks for the replies! We are using the studio version on both systems - the problem seems to be that the current AppStore Version is 14.3.1.018 and the Version for download on the Blackmagic Homepage is 14.3.1.016

We did not have any issues with the exact same setup - studio dongle version and studio AppStore version - prior to installing the newest update... :/
