Studio beta 6 nested timeline crashes & instabillity

I downloaded beta 6 over the weekend to give it a try since I had time. Overall I'm liking what I'm seeing with the tie-ins to Fusion and the updates to Fairlight.
Everything went well till I set up a project with nested timelines. What I was working with was a master timeline, that contained intro, footage, and outro timelines.
The intro and outro where very similar, just a few short clips with transitions and Gaussian blurs, a stereo wav audio track, some generators, and a text+.
the footage timeline contained a single clip that was cut into sub clips. The clips had two LUTs applied, and used various VST and Fairlight audio effects.
Everything was working fine until i nested the timelines. Once they where nested I would get instant blink crashes if i changed between timelines or tabs to fast. Whats odd, is I didn't see and abnormal load spikes form the CPU, GPU, RAM or disks.
Machine:
6850k
GTX 1070
32 GB of ram
latest version of 64 bit windows 10.
I upload my logs to google drive here:
