[Feature Request] Automatically create bins by keywords
Posted: Fri Jul 20, 2018 12:49 amI was under the impression, that with smart bins you could let Resolve automatically sort your clips by keywords. Seems like that's not the case, so I'm proposing this feature now.
When I add, let's say 30 different keywods to a hundred clips, I really don't want to have to create a smart bin for each keyword myself.
Let just resolve create a Smar Bin for each keyword and also for clips that don't have any keywords.
When I add a new keyword a matching Smart Bin should be automatically created.
Sony/Magix Vegas did this kind of thing automatically, and I think Final Cut does too.
Another feature request:
Let the user define shortcuts to assign keywords/tags quickly.
E.g.:
Ctrl + 1 for "Sunset"
Ctrl + 2 for "Outdoor"
etc.
