Offline reference isn't working anymore?

Hi guys when i bring in my Offline reference clip, it isn't working anymore, it just shows as offline. I had that issue with version 14, and now version 15.
On its own, it plays well but as an Offline reference clip, it isn't working anymore?
Is there something i need to activate in the settings option?

Does the timecode of the offline reference clip match the timecode of the sequence? Is it in a format that actually has an embedded SMPTE timecode stream? [MP4 doesn’t.]

Try re-setting the tc for the ref master in its clip attributes
