Media offline no matter what I do

I am new to DR, but I am facing this issue for 7days and I still can't fix it nor find solution..
So I am using A7 III camera and in media pool I put videos on timeline and it says media offline.. I tried relinking media and choosing folder where videos are.. still nothing changes.
I tried creating new timelines... same.
I've watched tons of yt videos with "solutions" but nothing helped, and as I can see alot of people are facing same issue as I am.

I can hear audio, but can't see nothing else than media offline. It's mp4 file - video codec: h.264
So I uninstalled DR 14 and changed it to DR 15 - still nothing changed.
I even tried converting it to new type of file, but codec stayed same because it's 4k video (h.264) -

Everything worked perfectly in Premiere Pro. But hate PP for color grading. - That's why I am about to try DR and I can't even start using it because of media offline :(

Please if you got any kind of solution I'd appreciate it. (p.s. try making it simple, because as I said, I am new to DR)

Make a test folder in the root of your drive.
Call it "test"
Copy a clip there
Check that you have write/ read permission
See if you can see it there.

I did as you said - placed "test" folder on root of C: drive... then Properties>Security>Edit ... I checked Full control - and there is still Media Offline :(

I wrote everything that I did because - might have done something wrong or it might help someone :-)

Was timecode active in the camera?
Do you have any clips with the same name and no info in the tape/reel field?
(Adobe calls it tape and BM reel, but it's the same metadata)

I had this problem at the beginning of the Resolve 15 beta phase. Well since this post ...
viewtopic.php?f=32&t=72790&p=405506#p405667
I'm exempt.

No TC was active, default settings was (TC/UB Disp. Setting - Counter). Clips name starts C0001.MP4 --- next one C0002.MP4 etc.

I read it, I've deleted all GPU drivers via DDU and installed lastest - still nothing changed... Not sure if I should experiment with IGD - I don't see point doing it because I use only one monitor.

So I just tested it a bit more... I found out my old Canon 5d mark III Magic Lantern video files which are DNG files, and DR loads it as sequence and it's great, and it works perfectly in that format.
While my Sony A7 III .mp4 (h.264 codec) are not working.
As well Nikon D610 .mov (h.264 codec) files are not loading as well, media offline.

Not sure what to do.

If you are on PC, maybe you need the studio version.

Well I am not going to give 300$ if I am not sure that if it will work, neither I have experience in DR. So it might be waste of money in that case..
Btw. I have converted h.264 from my Sony A7 III camera in some other codec and it works good... Problem is that convertor has to be payed(or it has really awful logo in middle of footage), and problem as well is it converts 4k footage in 1080p, I need 4k...

I loaded the both clips and had no problems loading them to DR15b7.
But for a former NLE, I had to load a codec pack to support most formats. I loaded and installed the K-Lite codec pck (it was recommended) and had no problems since then. For .mov, I had to install quicktime (light) to support it.
Did you deactivate some features in Windows 10? Or did you try to load such a codec pack?

Tested here too, and media is online and runs perfectly. DR15.05b.

So, here is what fixed my issue...
I just uninstalled completely my OS and installed Windows 10 most updated version + updated drivers. And DR runs smoothly h.264 codec.
