error exporting H264 (IN WINDOWS 10)

I've got the error "Failed to encode the video frame". I've read this error comes with Windows 7 but i'm using Windows 10 64 bits and have no problem exporting this format in Adobe Premiere.
The error happens exporting at Mp4 or Quicktime H264 (trying to use quicktime but my video converter can read the video later)
