Zoom keyframe + speed change issues in Beta 15

I've noticed a consistent issue, but I'm hoping I'm just doing something wrong. This has been an issue across multiple projects and with all versions of beta 15 that I've tried.

If I combine any motion keyframed animation (zoom in/out, pan, etc) with a speed change, I get insane jumping/stutter on playback, even after the changes are fully pre-rendered out. Going through the clip frame by frame, I can actually see the frames where the keyframed movements just stop being applied - for example... if I have a clip keyframed from zoom 1.000 to zoom 1.500 over 500 frames, the change will be applied linearly, until randomly on frame 250 the zoom goes back to 1.000 (although it doesn't *show* as going back to 1.000 in the inspector), then on frame 251 the linear zoom will resume normally... then again suddenly on 275 zoom goes back to 1.000 for a single frame, then resumes normally on 276, etc.

Am I doing something wrong? The inspector doesn't *show* that the zoom as changing. The change remains linear. The jumping is happening on playback of the clip in the preview window.

EDIT:

Just to clarify, these issues don't actually render out. They're just an extreme annoyance (it jumps almost every other frame by the end of the clip) when editing.

EDIT 2:

Did just run across a major issue... although these jumps don't render out, they are seen by the stabilizer, which attempts to remove them (and is largely successful), but then "stabilizes" my mostly smooth footage into a wavy mess in the process. So though they don't render out, they do effectively make the stabilizer useless.
