Resolve 15 Beta 7 crash on splash screen

I have a new computer and wanted to try a higher end video editing software. Seeing all the good things about resolve, I decided to try it. I am try the free version Resolve 15 Beta 7 (DaVinci_Resolve_15.0b7_Windows) to see if I want to buy studio. As soon as I install the software it crashes. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing, but same things happens. When I try to start resolve it says, "starting up" then "looking for control surfaces" then disappears, it consumes about 450MB of memory according to the task manager. My computer has windows 10 Intel i7-7820, 64GB of RAM, 4 hard drives 1 nvme, 2 ssd 1 SATA, 2 monitors NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti).
