How to track errors when DR crashes?

Dear all,

Newbie question and looking for a way to become a useful Beta Tester: I'd like to play with Fusion a bit and certainly use the Effects Library in Edit, but as soon as I do something with those, DR bombs out without any messages. I can of course "Create the Diagnostics Log on Desktop", but the information there most likely doesn't show what it's up to immediately prior to crashing. I have the idea it is either trying to use a non-extisting (OS) graphics library or perhaps something with the GPU, but I can't put my finger on it. Any suggestions on how to dig deeper?

In many cases the diagnostic log Resolve can generate gives clues where to look. Please post a log if u can.

Thanks Richard, the log archive is here:

I also added strace output but not sure if that adds anything useful. I can see the FusionScript server being started, but after that no more output sadly.

So in Edit, some Fusion titles (e.g. the Text on shelve) work but Title Center Reveal always crashes immediately. In Fusion I can play with Tools and Templates, but OpenFX is very unstable. Some effects crash immediately, others stick around for a short while and then crash.

B8 has solved crappy sound playback for me, but the title issue still persists. I thought this crash report is an excellent idea (first time I've seen that after a crash), although the remark about the network connection isn't true: it works just fine ...
