bug: export Subtitle file for In/Out segment broken

My system: DR15b8 on OSX 10.13.6
When you export a subtitle separate SRT file from a timeline you always get the whole timeline subtitle. I export Video, Audio & Subtitle ticked. Project 1080p23.976.
The problem is if you Deliver a timeline segment, ie set Deliver In/Out points, the SRT file is not reduced & aligned for this I/O timecode segment, rather for the whole timeline which does not work.
