decided to give the new 15 a whirl on my old laptop running 14.3.
didn't work out. crashed at color page, so uninstalled via control panel (win 10) and went to reinstall 14.
getting error that newer version is installed and to uninstall from control panel - where it's no longer listed?
i had this a couple of years ago but solved it, and a number of other problems with a fresh windows install.
how exactly do i clear all traces of resolve in windows under such circumstances?
to add:
i ran ccleaner, deleted all bm entries - still same error, checked in c: and deleted bm directory (which looked intact even after uninstalling from control panel). then ran ccleaner again. rebooted. same error.
there really does seem to be some problem with resolves uninstal on windows 10?
