Bug: Cannot Add to Render Queue without Audio

I need a 6 minute video with no audio. I can't Add to Render Queue.

As soon as I include any audio (in my case a completely silent fake clip) I can add and render.

Even is your render contains audio, it should just render blank audio if no audio clips are used. But it should let me render. Especially when I deselect audio from output.

Edit: Actually it still doesn't work if I delete the video that had blank audio and try to just use the audio. I have to have a video clip with audio to render it seems.

What codec are you rendering to?

BTW in 15 there is a new 'Audio Only' Tab in the 'Render Settings - presets' with many flavors available

Rendering to H.264 using YouTube 720p preset, I believe. Needed an mp4 of 6 minutes for fake video to use in Filmstro.

Tried removing audio from export and didn't work. Media was just generated black solid color.

Don't use a preset, go "Custom". I can deactivate audio and encode to H.264 just fine.
