August 29, at LACPUG Meet.

DaVinci Resolve 15 working in the real world. The "good, and the needs a bunch of work." We will be teaming up with Post House DigitalFilm Tree in Hollywood for this one. They intend to take us from Dailies to Delivery using a recent series of short movies they produced, directed and just delivered.

Agenda
6:45- 7:15PM - Stump The Gurus

7:40PM - 8:30PM - Final Cut Pro 7 to DaVinci Resolve 15 - Ramy Katrib
How hard is it to learn Resolve. What are the similarities?

8:30PM- 8:50PM - Break
FREE appetisers and Beer and Wine will be provided by DigitalFilm Tree. Edit5 Consoles will be in lobby showing off Editing tables and chairs. Blackmagic Design will have a table too.

8:55PM - 9:55PM - From Dailes to Delivery; Can Resolve 15 do it all? - DFT team
DFT’s post team will take us through an entire Post-Production workflow using DaVinci Resolve 15.
From Dailies to offline edit to online, color, VFX and final delivery, watch as they collaborate in real time on stage.

Any chance this will be live streamed, or recorded and later uploaded? 3000 miles is one hell of a commute.
