Resolve 15 bug - clips bar disappearing in Deliver page

I'm coming across a new bug that I didn't have issue with in the betas. When I go to the Deliver page, sometimes the clips bar is missing. The Clips button at the top is highlighted to indicate the clips bar should be showing. If I turn off Clips, then turn Clips back on again, the clips bar shows up as it should. The issue persisted with a restart. Running on a Mac.
