White edge line on cropping and scaling

The resolve system is in windows 10.
I am trying to do a picture in picture of two elements with scaling and cropping.
On the smaller image (the picture-in-picture) I see a white line a pixel thick, that surrounds the image.
Is this an issue of scaling? Or could it be an artifact of working with Sony F65 OCN?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
