Canon CR2 Files Importing Purple

Has anyone seen Canon raw .CR2 files from DSLRs (5Dmk4 in this case) importing with a huge purple cast across the entire image? I'm guessing this is a debayering issue, or some preference I have messed up maybe? The white balance looks 95% correct without any manipulation when viewed in Photoshop, Lightroom, and the FInder.

Which resolution? I'm afraid your GPU is stressed.

Really? Interesting. I can look up the resolution tomorrow when I'm back at work but these are stills, so very high resolution, so I wouldn't actually be surprised if my (crappy) GPU is stressed

I just found a memory card where there are some files that are showing up bright purple and others that aren't - all shot with the same camera at the same resolution.
