2 Things: Position Keys and compound clip alphas

In EDIT Tab - still no ability to make a position keyframe bezier and still no alphas carried through from compound clips. (am i doing something wrong?)
I know you can go to Fusion, but for simple things it would be great to be able to do the above in the EDIT Tab.
Will this ever change? I seem to have read somewhere that compound clips will support alpha channels.
