DELL XPS 15 9570 - resolve will not start

I have been using resolve with my old HP ZBook 15 and it worked great. Recently I've installed Resolve 15 to my new notebook DELL XPS 15 9570. After the first run setup procedures ended and the main Resolve window should pop up the app silently crashes. Since then the application is not starting and shows no dialog or any kind of message, the resolve process is visible in the Task Manager window. I tried older 14.3 version same result. The notebook HW is I9+32GB+NVidia GeForce 1050 GTI. All drivers updated. Any help appreciated.
