Media offline now and was not before

Hello everyone. I am new to the forums and thank you in advance for your help.
I am using Resolve 14.3 and I opened up my project today and now, some of the clips are offline. I have tried relinking them but no success. Under the media tab, the clips that are offline show a thumbnail.
Recently, I was trying to save some space on my HDD and I deleted the contents inside the "CasheClip" folder. I am new to resolve and I love the software. I am using the "free" version.
What can I do to fix this?

Where is your source media stored?
Where is your cache being stored?
Are those drives still connected?
