Bug: Import drp crashes Resolve 15

Resolve version: current one from the website
Using PostgreSQL version installed by the resolve installer
Steps:
- Tried to import an archived drp (http://upload.arianw.com/Parasozial.drp)
- Resolve decompressed the file successfully it seems
- Interaction with PostgreSQL started, according to Task Manager
- Resolve stopped working
Notes:
- the provided drp was exported using v14
- I also uninstalled v15, reinstalled v14, imported the drp in question succesfully (into a new database), upgraded to v15, did a database upgrade, exported the project into a new drp (which is smaller then the old one), and tried to import it into my main database - still crashed
