Frame jumps in mp4/h264 video on DRS 15.0.0 Ubuntu

Just doing a UI sample clip where the input is a h264 clip at 720p@60fps...
When viewing the input clip in the left preview window I see no jumps...
but in the edit preview window right I see that it jumps suddenly 10 frames ahead and then back to the original position for the next frame..
This is also happens in the rendering...
Only tested so far on DRS 15.0.0 on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS...have to check if it happens also on macOS.
