Resolve API .. How To AddTrack()? Resolve 15.0.0.086

I'm Obviously missing something. I've been through the scripting documentation and for the life of me I cant seem to find how to add a new track via the API. I would have thought this would have been in there somewhere as flicking between tracks to make comparisons is pretty much a standard operation in editing.
I would expect timeline.AddTrack() or timeline.SetTrackCount(int) but they don't seem to exist in any form.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
