Resolve 15 does not show DNxHD as an option in the Master Settings / Optimized Media Format choices. It shows the various options for DNxHR which is for resolutions above 1080, but not formats ind HD. Am I missing something?

DNxHR works fine for HD.

Just use DNxHR. DNxHD is somehow outdated now.

HR can work in most any resolution. HD is the limited format.
