Resolve 14, Problems with audio when relinking clips

Hello everyone,
Couldn't really find this topic, I'm a total beginner at Resolve and videoediting in general so I hope this makes sense. So I've recorded footage with an external microphone and synced the audio with the matching video in Resolve. I have all of my files for my projects on one harddrive, which I had to move to a different usb-port. So of course the media came offline and when I relink it everything works perfectly except the external audio. When relinked, it has fallen out of sync, the lenght of the audio clip matches the video one but it starts from an earlier point than where I've cut it. Also, the strangest thing, some audio clips play back at a slower speed, so it sounds slow-motion like, even though the frame rate is still the same and nothing except the strange sound really seems different when I look.
When I drag the clips with the audio that has only ''fallen out of sync'' to a free space in the timeline and change the length of the clips, by dragging the edge of the beginning of it as far as I can, the audio seems to somehow go back inte sync.. But when I put the clip back in its place the audio falls out of sync again. When I've tried to do it again it hasn't worked and at one point all the clips just went mute despite having audio waves. Nothing happens to the ones with slower sound when I do this procedure.
If I drag the clips in question from the media pool onto the timeline anew, everything works perfectly so it's just the ones already edited in the timeline that gets these quirks.
It would really be a huge inconvenience if I have to redo ALL the audio so I hope someone can help... I'm using Resolve version 14.3.0.014.
Thanks a ton
Johanna
