Video glitch effect preset/plugin

I worked in Premiere Pro for a number of years before migrating to Resolve. I had an assortment of free presets in Premiere that I used semi frequently to give my video a 'glitch' effect. I downloaded them from Motion Array at:

I'm wondering if there's anything like this for Resolve/Fusion that I can just drag on my sequence as I was doing in Premiere. I've Googled it, but have so far been unsuccessful. Has anyone seen such a beast (preferably free)?
