Resolve 15 and Decklink 4k Extreme 12G

I am trying to record out of resolve to a hyperdeck studio 12G SDI using my decklink 4k extreme 12G card. I want to record 5.1 audio and prores hq qt to an SSD in the hyperdeck studio 12G. Is this possible?
Normally, when I want to hear my 5.1 mix, I use my QT with embedded 6 tracks of audio and make a timeline with a 5.1 audio track, set my bus assignment to a 5.1 main mix and control room out to my decklink. No issues.
However, when trying to push to the hyperdeck, I can only seem to get the first two (2) tracks of audio to record to the SSD.
Any ideas?
