Window softness is being reset to zero, both inside and outside, whenever you scrub the timeline and change views in that panel. If you change views without scrubbing the footage, the values remain. Its not until you touch the playhead, and then change views that the values are forgotten.

I'm using build 88.

I can't recreate this problem on version 15.0.1.
