Is it possible to replace a shot in the timeline with an updated version, without losing the work I've done using Power Windows on that same shot?

Thanks in advance.

If the frame count and resolution are the same it shouldn’t be an issue.

Do I hold down ALT while dragging it to the clip in the timeline? What's the shortcut?

I would highlight the old clip in the timeline, then highlight the new clip in the bin, and then right-click on the timeline clip and choose "Force Conform" with the new clip. In theory, this should retain all the corrections including tracking, stabilization, keys, everything.

Put the new clip on a higher track to the original clip. Then drag drop to replace the original clip on lower track. Keep the Cmd/Ctrl key pressed as you drop it. It will replace the clip, and keep the grades. Optionally you can also use the Replace clip command in the timeline viewer flyout menu.
